Water Buffalo Cooking Tips

Water Buffalo meat can be switched 1:1 for beef in any recipe.


As a general rule reduce the cooking time by approximately 1/3 when you use water buffalo instead of beef in any recipe.


155 degrees F is considered well done.


Be cautious and DO NOT OVERCOOK. Because the meat is lean you will end up with a dry meat if overcooked. (But you'll still have the delicious flavor)
